This is a video made by someone I don't know about a tribe in Southern Ethiopia that I DO KNOW...very well. I have two adopted families that I visit each year, who are members of this Kara tribe...my extended family for the past 8 years. They're beautiful, simple people whose whole world is their family and their community. Their body painting is world famous...and it's part of their every day ritual...their make up. They do it for themselves as part of their tradition...NOT for tourists! Enjoy... XOX, abbyj
